Architectural Foam Systems can create an infinite variety of architectural designs for your residential property including architectural foam shapes, cast stone, stacked stone and stucco.
Our architectural fabricators use precise CAD designs and computer operated CNC Foam Cutting Machines to produce shapes to any specifications.
This allows our fabricators to design architectural foam and cast stone shapes to be applied anywhere.
Some of the many areas that our shapes can be applied include :
• Soffit - In residential construction the soffit is the most popular part of home to add the curb appeal of foam, including crown molding, corbels and brackets.
• Gable Ends - Gable ends tend to look empty, this is why medallions and deco louvers are suggested
• Windows & Doors - includes window shutters, sills, headers, keystones and casements
• Wall Surfaces and Corners - includes quoins, deco louvers, quatrefoils, trim bands, sunbursts and medallions
• Wall Systems - includes balusters, wall caps and pier caps
• Columns - includes round, square, tapered, barrel, roped and fluted of various styles
• Interiors - includes columns, indoor/outdoor fireplaces and range hoods
When awarded an installation, our design team will pre-site the project. During pre-site all necessary measurements are taken to make sure all decorative foam, cast stone or stone is made precisely to fit, including finished ends for foam and cast stone, corners for stacked stone, etc. This allows us to reduce the installation time down significantly by reducing field cuts.
